  • Setup

    Split into groups of similar stature who require a 5m square. Feeder (C) stands 2m outside playing area.

  • Step 1

    (C) starts with the ball. (A) finds space using preliminary moves such as straight-lead - roll-off - roll-around - change of direction - within the 4 cones, while defended by (B)
    (B) attempts to intercept

  • Step 2

    If a successful pass is completed, allow (A) to pass back to (C) and immediately continue the drill. If intercepted, return ball to (C), reset and continue.
    (B) can't go to sleep and must shadow (A) throughout

  • Step 3

    Rotate roles after 1-2 minutes
