Fun race to shoot and score, with a focus on good landing technique.

Setup
Form 2 teams behind (A & B), first two players in each line has a ball. Choose two players from each team who start as feeders on (C & D) respectively.
Step 1
Making it a fun race, on 'go!' (A & B) run wide around cones (1 & 2) respectively
Step 2
Once they reach the cone, cut inside to receive directly in front of their team's feeder.

Use a sharp change of direction; don't take a wide arc.

(C) feeds for team (A)

(D) feeds for team (B)
Step 3
Both players race to be the first to make a shot.

If balls collide mid-air, teams pass their shooter the second ball, and both players have 1 more shot for the point

Don't rush the shot even though it's a race - need a combination of speed and care
Step 4
Score a point for the team if you make the shot first.

Shooters then replace feeders (A to C), (B to D)

Feeders fetch their ball and hand to 2nd in line for their team, then join back of line.
Step 5
Call out the score, reset and call 'go!' again to start the next contest. Play to a set score.
