  • Setup

    Requires at least 8 players; if you have a large squad of 16+ then use 2 balls. Length of playing area is approximately 20m, with cones 5m apart.

  • Step 1

    (1) passes 3 times in their turn: 2 x double plays with (2 & 3), then a pass to (4). (4) completes this lap with a pass to (5).
    (1)'s movement down the court should be fluent
    (1) joins (4) - the last player they passed to
    Everyone else involved joins the next station in sequence (2 to 3, 3 to 4, 4 to 5)

  • Step 2

    Work back the other way. (5) performs 2 x double plays with (6 & 7), then passes to (8)
    (5) joins (8) - the last player they passed to
    Everyone else involved joins next in sequence (6 to 7, 7 to 8, 8 to 1)

  • Step 3

    If you have 16 players, introduce a 2nd ball - both (1 & 5) should begin at the same time.
