First Circle Catch Rebound Contest

Purpose

Attackers have the advantage in numbers get a shot, but can't pass once inside the circle. Longer shots make rebound contests more likely.

Setup
Coach or injured player can be feeder (C). Choose a defender (D), remainder form even numbers behind (A & B).
Step 1
On 'go!', the first players at lines (A & B) perform leads for (C), one of them receives.

Defender (D) is accountable for both players, but must ensure there's no easy pass under the post.
Step 2
(A / B) can pass unlimited times outside the circle, however once the first pass is caught inside the circle, a shot must be taken from that point - no additional passes allowed

Defender (D) will be pressuring the shot
Step 3
First time around, if the player misses, the defender takes the rebound uncontested.
Step 4
Return the ball to (C) and quickly move off the court. Repeat with (C) feeding to next (A & B)

Rotate the defender at (D) occasionally.
Step 5
Progression 1: If the player misses the shot, defender and attackers contest the rebound

If attackers win the rebound, don't shoot again, just pass back to (C) and exit
