Simulates game conditions, with the exception that one team maintains possession for a set period.

Setup
Two evenly matched teams - 4 or 5 players each - choose attacking team who start on transverse line, and defending team spread around goal third. Each team is assigned (GA+GS+GK+GD). Inform players they have a set time to score as many goals as possible, e.g. 120 seconds.
Step 1
Attacking team pass the ball around, attempting to score.

Normal rules regarding who can enter the goal circle.
Step 2
If a shot is made, score 1 point; attacking team restart from baseline and ball must travel back over attacking transverse line before they can score again.

Coach calls out the score after each goal.
Step 3
If the attacking team lose possession, they restart from the baseline. Ball must be taken out to transverse line before scoring.
Step 4
Give regular 'time remaining' updates. After allocated time is finished:-
