Purpose
Get plenty of shooting practice after physical exertion.

  • Setup

    Choose a worker/shooter (A), remainder line up behind cone (1 - 5)

  • Step 1

    (A) starts next to the post and sprints to touch ball of player at (1), then changes direction sharply to lead for a pass by (5).

  • Step 2

    (A) steadies, shoots and returns the ball to (5).
    (A) must stay strong through their routine, even when tired.

  • Step 3

    Next turn is repeated, however touch (2), receive from (4), shoot, return ball to (4).
    3rd turn: touch (3), receive lob from (3)
    4th turn: touch (4), receive from (2)
    3th turn: touch (5), receive from (1)

  • Step 4

    Once 5 shots have been completed by (A), rotate players as necessary.
