Setup
Groups of 4 each require 5m of space. Groups choose 2 attackers (A & B) who stand 3m apart, a feeder (C) and defender (D)
Step 1
(C) starts with the ball and can use (A or B) randomly as a passing option. The receiver returns a pass to (C)

Passes must be hard and flat, not lobs.
Step 2
Defender (D) stands in-between & slightly ahead of (A & B) and attempts to intercept one of (C)'s passes.

Try to anticipate the direction

Don't go for every ball and don't move too early - wait until passer is making forward motion with throwing arm
Step 3
(C) can avoid being intercepted by using a fake pass or look-away pass

3 second rule applies

(C) must pass directly at (A or B), not wide of their body or it's unfair to (D)
Step 4
Return ball to (C) if an intercept was made; reset and restart.

Optionally have light penalties for bad passes/intercepts.
Step 5
Rotate players after 1 minute and restart.

Optionally, adjust the difficulty by altering the distance between cones (the wider apart A & B, the harder to defend, or move (C) back for easier interceptions)
