Purpose

Pass and find space in a confined area while being hassled by a busy defender.

Setup
Players line-up evenly on points of an equilateral triangle with 5m sides. Choose a defender (D) who starts inside the triangle. Give the ball to (A).
Step 1
On 'go', (B & C) enter playing area. Attackers must pass amongst each other inside the playing area, while (D) defends.

Once (A) passes, they also enter the playing area
Step 2
(B & C) must make 1 pass minimum, while (A) makes 2 passes: the initial feed, then another.

Normal rules apply and players cannot receive out-of-bounds (the triangle perimeter)

Ideally there should always be 2 leads; passing player should disguise pass to avoid an intercept

If defender manages to intercept, this ends the attacking trio's turn
Step 3
Attacking trio quickly exit the playing area once the ball is passed to the next group, who repeat with the same defender.

The final pass isn't required to return to the cone where they started, any cone will do

Players disperse amongst stations for their next turn - don't have 2 join the same station

Pause and rotate defender once they're fatigued
Step 4
Advanced level progression: Widen the triangle and have 2 defenders.
