Purpose
Relentless pass and move drill involved 4 moving and 2 outlet players.

  • Setup

    Form a 12x8m rectangle. Chose 2 outlet players (E & F) who work on each long side. Remaining pairs line-up opposite ends behind (A & B) and (C & D).

  • Step 1

    (A) performs a double play with (E) to the left

  • Step 2

    (A) then passes to partner (B) who times their lead to catch on-the-move.

  • Step 3

    (B) performs a double play with (F) to the right, then finishes the pairs turn by passing to (C / D)
    Either (C or D) can be used - mix it up!

  • Step 4

    Now pair (C & D) work the other way. Link players (E & F) shuffle left and right to be positioned correctly to receive.
    (C) a double play with (E), passes to (D)
    (D) a double play with (F), passes to next (A / B)

  • Step 5

    After 60-90 seconds, rotate stationary players.
