  • Setup

    Choose 2 taggers (A & B), remainder spread out inside 1/3 of the court.

  • Step 1

    Taggers (A & B) run around trying to touch players. Meanwhile a ball is being passed around.
    Players must lead away from taggers
    Normal rules apply re stepping so quick thinking, plus communication from team-mates required

  • Step 2

    When a player is tagged, they become 'stuck' and must remain stationary. However they can be freed again if they receive and pass to another player without being touched.

  • Step 3

    Defending team try to trap all players.
    If tagged while still holding the ball - pause play to give ball to a mobile attacker - then resume
    If turnover through a missed pass, passer becomes 'stuck'

  • Step 4

    When only 1 player remains, or 1 minute elapses, pause for recovery while you rotate taggers; restart.
