Skills
Preliminary Moves & Passing.
Purpose
Requires quick passing on-the-move, and catching meeting the ball, then running away from the catcher.

Setup
Two feeders (C & D) remain stationary, the remaining players line up behind (A & B).
Step 1
On 'go!' (A & B), both with a ball, start simultaneously by passing to (C & D) consecutively
(A to C), (B to D)
Step 2
After passing, workers (A & B) use space to their right/left and swap to the opposite lane to receive from the opposite feeder
(D to A), (C to B)
Step 3
Once they get the ball again, (A & B) turn around 180 degrees and pass to the next player in line
(A & B) then return to the back of the line - (A joins B, B joins A)
Step 4
Rotate feeders afters 30-45 seconds.
