Purpose
In a situation where there's a 2-on-1 situation in your favour, the correct choice must be made when passing into the goal circle.

  • Setup

    Choose defender (D) and 3 attackers.

  • Step 1

    Coach or injured player feeds from 2m in front of (A) who is facing them.

  • Step 2

    (A) catches, then turns towards goal. Presenting as options, (B) and (C) run the baseline.
    (D) covers the player they think will receive the pass

  • Step 3

    (A) passes to the best option of (B / C)
    Take a shot if the pass is completed
    If an intercept is made, reset initial positions and restart

  • Step 4

    Rotate after 3 turns with inactive players; change positions if required.

  • Step 5

    Advanced level progression: Introduce a second circle defender.
